I was browsing Betterphoto.com, and came across this picture.

The photographer won the Grand Prize in the photo contest. Not only is he talented, but he has so generously explained his techniques. I wish one day I could take picture like this. Not sure even how to proceed. Too many things to learn. Need a methodological way to practice. Just not sure how.

I love this photo also. but u need many settings to get one :(
U seems like taking "motion" pic, i think i will try taking some next time.
