Finally tried the Body Step workout. It's not as fast paced as I thought. Not sure if it's because it's a new release, and everyone including the instructors have to learn the routine, so it doesn't seems that bad? I think Body Attack is harder. Too bad, the class time is not too convenient for me. I will stick to Body Sculpt and Step.
Oh... I didn't write about Body Sculpt. This barbell workout had me sored for days after. I did the class on Sunday. I could barely walk down the steps after the class. Drove home like a zombie. I used 1 to 2 lbs weights. I sucked!!! The tricep works just about killed me. Have to get stronger...
